Maintaining a friendly, courteous and professional approach, Sarah contacts clients via phone and email within 48 hours of ordering to determine content required to progress their project to the writing stage. After all initial information has been received from the client a senior member of the 1300 Resume writing team will create all required documents within the specific deadline.
